Consultation

The student (Parent) will provide all needed information for the student's needs to specify services that are being sought. Such as grade level, areas of concerns, learning disabilities, reading levels, etc., and any additional information necessary for successful tutoring services. For any special requests, please be specific with concerns and questions and provide any information/source material needed for request.
